A great accommodation option for solo couples in Yerevan.

Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing 14th floor terrace for breakfast with views of the city and Mt Ararat!
Robert on reception was very patient in telling me about the city and things to do, places to eat at, and teaching me Armenian words.

Spring in Yerevna

The hotel is in the centre of Yerevan, within walking distance of the attractions. We stayed there two times - at the beginning of the trip and at the end. A small hotel on the 14th floor of an apartment building. On the 15th floor, a veranda serving delicious breakfast . And on the veranda you can admire the view of Ararat . The friendly staff. A special thank you to Martha for helping us book the hotel.

Small cozy hotel in the centre of Yerevan

They flew through Yerevan and decided to stay for two days at the 14floor Hotel. The hotel occupies the last two floors of the building, reception on the ground floor, there is an elevator. Convenient location in the heart of the city! All attractions can be reached on foot. Nice varied breakfast. Very polite and friendly staff. Beautiful view from the room, large terrace on the floor overlooking Yerevan! The room is clean and spacious.

Capricious Ararat, clean hotel, cool terrace

Hotels aren't easy to find if you're in a taxi.
Tell me to stop by the arch near the Doors restaurant. Pros: staff courtesy, cleanliness! She saw a woman wiping down the street railings at 10 p.m. in the evening, pipes metal. Towels are changed every day and the room is cleaned!
The restaurant wipes the tables, cleans all the time, everything is decent.
They clean the terrace all the time. The hotel even has 2 terraces - one huge where the restaurant, and one floor below, chamber, with armchairs soft and pots with flowers, patio.
You can see all of Yerevan from the room, but! Ararat has never appeared to us in six days. They took a room overlooking him.
Tip - don't overpay for a room, Ararat will see from 2 terraces if he shows up.
The TV wasn't working in the room, so we climbed, dug, and we dropped the case, we didn't need it. Number 18.
There are slippers, no bathrobes. Breakfasts - you can eat, there's local flavor - sujuk, basturma, dried fruits are good local, walnut jam, very delicious pastries, muffins!
For coffee, let's sigh, lovers of good things. No cappuccino, no milk around. Armenian coffee is so-called, in a kettle jug in a coffee maker type geyser. I drink coffee without sugar, so without milk, it's not really nice to drink that kind of coffee, it doesn't taste good, by and large.
Restaurants can order cappuccinos.

Nice hotel in the centre of Yerevan

Nice hotel, five minutes walk from the main square of the city. Lovely terraces with city views. The rooms are quite comfortable, the staff is friendly, breakfast is quite abundant. Ask for a room with a view of Ararat - if this capricious mountain will show itself, the picture will please you.
