The beds were very comfortable, The room was quiet. It appears to have been updated in the not too distant past. The restaurant was reasonably priced and was lively and inviting.
Very nice hotel, would stay there again.

Awsome place close to everything
The hotel is perfectly situated near to the beach, there is a ligure land, the tavern was awsome and 4 mins drive you have the precinct with everything you need!
The only small downside was the noise from the bin men. I know it's not the hotels fault, but it seemed as though the huge bottle bin always being emptied right outside the door, which woke us all up.
That being said, we will definitely be returning. Thanks for a lovely stay

Lack of beer selection. No local brews
For a start , most are basic larger, no locally brewed & limited boutique beers. Sure there is the XXXX, great northern etc, most being a poor excuse for a good beer. The only beer close to drinkable is the stone and wood pacific ale. However at $12.20 a schooner which is an absolutely ridiculous price for a pub. Even the XXXX Gold is $8+
Sure there is happy hour which is great & brings the cost for selected beer down to a feasible price however beers such as S & W is not included? I have the Pass app which some times has specials however this is still not enough.
I strongly advocate supporting local business whom also support locals. You need to lift your game and start to look after the locals.
