Family focused hotel stay
I had to bake an emergency trip out to Surrey to be close to the hospital for a family member who was critically ill. Days Inn was the 4th hotel I called as all were booked up. Robbie at the front desk immediately reassured me that he would help me despite them being full as he completely understood that I had enough worries on my plate with my ill brother and just needed a clean place close by to stay. He got me a nice clean and very comfortable room at a very nice discount. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. When I was finally able to check in, Robbie was still on duty and made my check in fast, easy and efficient. Each evening he remembered me and inquired about my family member. The support here was amazing. I truly felt like an honored family member . As more of out family come out, I will be highly recommending they come to this hotel. It is not fancy, it is family centred and extremely comfortable. Plus, the free breakfast is more than your basic continental breakfast as well. Come and stay, you won’t be disappointed

Most disgusting hotel I've ever been in with the worst. Service and the scan we're into thinking you're getting a place for. With a certain price until you go to paper and it goes up. Oh, it makes sure you bring your credit card to pay for the damage. To the project of $250 that you might think you paid for online but they don't give a s*** You'll make you go back to your place and get it.
Oh, by the way, if you go online and look at everybody else's review on this hotel, it is just horrendous. They have ripped off. So many people and scammed them and done. The exact same thing that is happened to me. So if you guys wanna get scanned and go to a piece of s*** hotel, go right? The f****** head. Don't say it didn't warn you? They're gonna get what's coming to me anyways.

Looks newly renovated. If you are like me, and don't spend much time on the room except to sleep and shower. Then places like this are great. They didn't provide body lotion, so that was the only downside. Other than that it was great. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. And the location is great so you can avoid traffic and get straight on the highway

Due to all of the posts about bed bugs, I called the hotel directly to seek assistance about cancelling. They refused to refund the first night (we had two rooms). Instead they said I would need to call back and speak to management at a specific time. I called back at that time and the front desk clerk told me I was speaking with the manager and they told me to call back at a time after they had already left (so they could avoid the call). Do not stay here and do not trust them in following through. I paid for two rooms in a place we refused to stay in because of the cleanliness issues.

I have never been to a motel like this and I would never go back.
The person working the front desk was rude. Not to mention, he charged us 30 for a 3rd person.
Our sheet had something stuck to it which tells me they werent clean. Yuk
Now this is the best part. When checking out they charged me 60 dollars for a face cloth that i used to wash my makeup off which had a little bit of eyehadow on it. He argued with ne and at first was not going to refund my deposit.
Worst place i have stayed at and by far the rudest front desk clerk ever.
