Bad experience stay.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the service we received upon our recent check-in at your hotel.
Today, during our arrival at the property, we were assisted by a female front desk staff member (a young Korean woman) whose behavior was alarmingly unprofessional and discourteous. From the moment we approached the counter, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming. Rather than greeting us politely or offering assistance in a hospitable manner, she seemed visibly annoyed and agitated throughout the interaction.
What struck us most was her aggressive behavior while typing on the keyboard – she banged the keys loudly and forcefully, which felt intentionally hostile and disrespectful. It created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere, making us feel unwelcome from the outset.
Furthermore, her tone and manner lacked any warmth or professionalism expected of someone working in the hospitality industry, especially at a global brand like Travelodge. This experience has left us with a very negative first impression of your hotel, which is extremely disappointing, as we were looking forward to a pleasant stay in Seoul.
We understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but the front desk is the face of your hotel and plays a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction. Her behavior not only reflected poorly on the hotel but also made us question the level of service we can expect for the remainder of our stay.
We kindly request that this issue be taken seriously and brought to the attention of the relevant supervisor or manager. We hope appropriate training or corrective action will be taken to prevent future guests from having a similarly unpleasant experience.
We trust that Travelodge values its guests and upholds a standard of professionalism and hospitality. We look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

Location is good but room is average
1. beds are not comfortable and not cleaned well
2. The pillows are not comfortable as well.
3. The size of the room is abolsutely small and cramped up.
4. Shower pressure is bad for hot water
5. Aircon has trouble with cooling
