Very tranquil and peaceful location, fantastic for families and excellent for relaxing together, with great swimming pools and other activities available.

Could be much better, bad restaurant
Quiet park with small houses, a shop, indoor and outdoor pool, small indoor playground and restaurant. There is also an animation team.
11 nights we stayed there with our family.
The stay was OK but not great.
Positive:
Cottage has good beds and a bath.
Shop has fresh croissants
Quiet park
Negative:
1. Staff speak little to no English.
2. Animation team speaks no English at all (despite the fact that these are young people that you expect to be able to do in 2024, especially if you are going to work as a job at a holiday park)
3. The restaurant is absolutely worthless in terms of quality and way too expensive. You get food that has the same quality as warm-up meals.
4. Cottages are very small. We had booked cottage for 6 people with zn 4ren but even that was on the small side.

Poor place. They gave wrong room type, I paid for apartment with double bed and there was not that. Aparment was very cold because somebody left door open and inside was same temperature like outside. Door was open because lock did not worked. Reception was closed and nobody answered to phone so there was not possible to get right apartment. Inside was also smell of urea.

It wasn't what we expected
Where shall I start? Maybe with what was ok.
The friendliness at the reception, the environment, ..... and yes it actually is.
We had paid extra for beds made, and this was not done. After a long journey, doing this yourself was just too much. Anyway, I unpack the bags, my husband makes the beds.
Due to breakdown on the way we arrived much later than anticipated. So around 8pm we had grunting stomachs. But unfortunately the restaurant was "full". Luckily I had a pack of miracoli. But that's not how we see a first "quiet evening." When clearing, we also note that the dishwasher was degoutantly dirty.
In the morning I want to make coffee for breakfast. In no time the kitchen was full of coffee and coffee grit. Turned out the coffee can didn't fit for the coffee maker.
Long live the old scool way of making coffee with pouring. But ..... no kettle .... so really back in time with a pan of water boiling.
Honestly, I must admit that a trip to the reception made up for a lot of my previously bad mood, excuses for the beds, a refund and a brand new coffee maker.
Not only the dishwasher was degoutant, the whole house can be much neater.
Also the general maintenance. We had a house on the lake with a small terrace but the undergrowing thorns and weeds came up between the boards so that the usable place on the terrace became even smaller.
The Animation then. A tip a Flemish child of 8 does NOT speak FRENCH. So mini club that's not possible. One evening activity we thought was worth it: a magic show, this one was so long-winded that you could almost see the tricks. Gone illusion and again just in French.
We are a family where holidays also equal family time. So that our son couldn't go to the mini club wasn't that bad in itself. What I find worse is that at some point our good boy gets out of the pool and sits on his beach chair because there were a group of friends who were a bit wild and loud. Sorry, but I don't think this is possible. Just like a lifeguard who pays more attention to his cell phone and his tan while there are children (even very small children) in the water.
We made a lot of trips and that made our holiday good. So I figured that's where it could go wrong. But then came the last night. Because suitcases had to be packed we decided to pick up pizza at the restaurant. These were, cold, not tasty, ... so how it is that the restaurant is always full .... I don't understand that anymore.

Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf bij ons niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan.
Het is fijn om te horen dat u de vriendelijkheid van onze receptie en de mooie omgeving heeft gewaardeerd. We vinden het echter heel jammer dat u problemen heeft ervaren met de opgemaakte bedden, de netheid van de cottage en de vaatwasser. Dit is absoluut niet de ervaring die wij willen bieden, en we zullen dit zeker aankaarten bij ons schoonmaakteam om ervoor te zorgen dat dit in de toekomst beter wordt opgepakt.
Het spijt ons ook dat de koffiezetter niet goed werkte en dat u problemen heeft gehad met het animatieprogramma. We begrijpen hoe belangrijk het is dat onze gasten zich welkom en goed verzorgd voelen, en we zullen uw opmerkingen over de taal van de animatie en de attentheid van het personeel ter harte nemen.
Het is teleurstellend om te horen dat de pizza’s niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeden en dat u geen plezierige eerste avond heeft gehad. We zijn blij dat u ondanks deze tegenslagen alsnog een aantal leuke uitstapjes heeft kunnen maken.

Good Beds, nice staff but small Bathrooms.
I stayed for a week and was satisfied. The Bathroom is very small but for good enough for a week. The Beds were very comfortable and the couch too. The Kitchen was big but I only used it once because the Restaurant there was also quite good and the Staff and Service was very nice and friendly. Overall I had a great time here and enjoyed my stay! :)
