Perfect stay, warm and very pleasant at Christmas.

Very nice stay at Christmas in this hotel where the team of Christophe and himself were in the care for my son and me.
Breakfast varied and delicious, fresh raspberry and chocolate croissants, wide variety of fresh salty or sweet products every morning at breakfast. This is our 4th stay and we are always satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The hotel is warm and close to line 13 and 14 ideal for visiting Paris. You can stay there with your eyes closed. Thank you again for your kindness and kindness towards us. Sonad.

Most unfriendly receptionist ever at a Marriott Hotel

The receptionist here was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Marriott hotel. Her first words to me as I walked through the door were “ your room’s not ready” . Now it was 1pm and I recognise that check in time was 3pm but I would have expected her to at least say hello and ask my name! Normally you would expect them to check the room, tell you it’s not ready, ask if you wanted to leave your luggage and perhaps say that they’ll call you when it’s ready especially as a Bonvoy Elite member.
The problems were exacerbated by she then telling me that I hadn’t booked breakfast (despite me showing her the reservation that clearly had breakfast included as I’d paid for it). Also when I eventually had a room , it hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were discarded cotton buds in the bathroom bin.
So I would avoid this hotel if you have a choice although location was convenient for us and breakfast was good.

Correct to refresh

Decent hotel that deserves a general refreshment, good bedding, coming there since its opening since 2006
The very nice manager Benoît having told me that work would be undertaken this year
On the other hand , check-in too long because only 1 person at the reception at 6pm with 5/6 customers waiting
A recommendation, put the printer at home for time saving

I used to come to the hotel regularly. I am generally satisfied, but this time a little less

No water bottle in the room upon arrival.
Hair dryer not functional
Temperature in the room a little cold with difficulties in adjusting it.
For the rest everything went well especially the welcome and the ease of getting the key

Slow, slow, slow…lots of waiting for everything…food, drink, bill, check in or out. Makes sure you’re not in a rush for anything; staff a busy doing non customer serving tasks
