Monastery Hotel in Hillesheim
Where there used to be a garden in the former monastery, which was surrounded by monastery walls on all sides, a glass pyramid has now been placed over this previously open area, which encloses a light-flooded interior. Today there is space here for breakfast or dinner. On the walls there are large pictures of garden herbs that may have once been seen here...
The service from everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. Especially at the breakfast buffet, great importance is always placed on ensuring that everything is available. The rooms are large, the location of the hotel is very quiet despite being in the center of town, we were always able to sleep with the windows open, there were no noises that disturbed us.
From my own experience, I have to criticize the fact that breakfast is only served until 9:30 a.m. In a four-star hotel, you should also think about holidaymakers who sleep a little longer... I have to get up early at home, but I'm on holiday in a hotel...

Access to the free car park is via the grounds of the Kriminal Hotel, and there is no other access to parking at the Kloster Hotel. Once you know the access to the car park, you're sure to have a very pleasant stay at the Kloster Hotel in Hillesheim...

Completely satisfied!
The rooms are equipped with everything you could wish for, bathrooms with walk-in shower cubicles, care products and well-maintained fittings.
We were unable to rate the restaurant and spa area during our visit (restaurant closed and spa only reopened in October).
The breakfast selection was very good. Lots of choice, including grains and seeds.
