Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic credit cards (e-cards, virtual cards) are not accepted. All Units are Non-Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and all interior public spaces. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. All occupancies are strictly followed due to Fire Safety Laws. If you have extra people in your group, please ensure in advance that you book an additional apartment to fit adequately the size of your group reservation. The barbeque lounge facility can be used from 9:00am until 11pm and is available for free for all Guests staying at the Property. However, Extra charges apply for hosting an event or for a single Guest's private sole use of the facility. No parties, No events are allowed, unless notified, confirmed and scheduled in advance with the Property management. Cleaning Service is provided automaticaly approximately every 3 days on Guest request. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. Also, please note that the guest name must match the credit card holder name as submitted upon booking. Please note that The Property does NOT offer any playground areas in the establishment. For the comfort of all Guests, Kindly use the playground and sports areas located along the beach, along the main beach promenade walk and the main fountain area. In order to ensure a proper check-in at the Property, guests should carefully read the check-in procedures and general policies, as provided by the Property once the booking has been officially confirmed. Guests who require a late check-in must promptly contact the property prior to arrival to be properly accommodated. The Property does NOT offer facilities for disabled guests or Guests who require extensive medical assistance due to a pre-existing medical condition, for the Safety and Comfort of such Guests and deems absolutely NO responsibility, NO liability for any incidents in any occurence as such. In addition, as part of our Pre-Arrival Check In logistics procedures, kindly provide the Exact Number of Guests and the Names of All the Guests staying within your Reservation for Security and pre-Registration purposes as a Mandatory Requirement. All Guest Names submitted must match exactly the Identification Document/s (Passport or national ID) provided by the Guest/s for Registration at the Property. For Security and Identification purposes, Check In must be done ONLY from the Person who Holds the Reservation under his/her Name, as a Strict Requirement. Kindly note that any type of RV's (Recreational Vehicles) OR any Oversized Vehicles OR Vehicles w/trailers OR Commercial Vehicles are NOT allowed inside or outside the parking lot.
