Marriott Munbai Juhu and Kunal a very good service.
Kunal did a very good job in our room, he cleaned and organized everything with tasteful, very respectful, professional, with very good attitude,

Feel like home
This is the second time I stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu for a long period. All the staff make us feel like home. Besides, the room is very confortable The hotel has a complete gym where Mr. Pravin, Francis and the other personal trainers help us to have a great time. Also at the lounge, Ms. Vina and her team work hard to provide a very friendly service. This is the place to have a drink while whatching the sunset.
At night, have dinner at Mezzo Mezzo: they have an excellent menu and Chef Roperto goes table by table to say "ciao".

JW Marriott Juhu - The Superstar of Hospitality
Arrival: I had booked my flight back home and upon arrival at the airport found out that my flight was booked for the next day, and as usual I was searching for a marriott property to spend a day with my wife and daughter. To my surprise JW Juhu was around 8k INR!! You guys never drop your price so low. Hence I opted for it since my wife is fond of Juhu beach. Though the check in time is 14.00 hrs or 15.00 hrs, you guys gave me the room immediately like around 12.30 noon or so, without even questioning. #respect I am sure all the guests would be treated the same or even better.
*) The rooms were as per JW standards, not too big like Westin but cozy and tidy with all the amenities.
*) The house keeping staff (5 star to them no matter what time of the day or night, I could find at least a couple of them busy with their work and making sure the rooms are tidy and neat yet put a genuine smile and ask how my day was. SUPERB TEAM
*) The front office team was beyond exceptional making sure I knew what was going around the property and where to find what' including free cocktails at the newly opened restaurant ( Sad I could not use nor the lounge facility of cocktails offered)
*) My daughter enjoyed the most with her favorite recreation, the pool with a slide and also the play area. Many thanks for gifting her the JW turtleand also a coloring book gifted at Saffron .
*) Dinner at Saffron: My wife says she had one of the most amazing Lamb biryani which was evident as she finished the full bowl by herself forgetting the diet and as usual unfortunate I could not as I am veggie
*) But still loved the Bombay Sandwich at Lotus during my high tea and also must say a big thank you to the Saffron team for providing curd rice by the team, though it wasnt there in the menu, they went out of the books to satisfy my hunger.
*) The breakfast buffet at Lotus Cafe was just amazing , the spread is actually very nice.

Superb staff
This property is super luxorious and the staff ensures a great grand stay.
