Good location near by bsd ice city. Nearby aeon mall can just walk across the street. Room is big and basic amenities. But the bathroom is facing construction so all the blinds has to be closed which can be cumbersome so there is many blinds

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel lived up to most of my expectations. Cleanliness was generally good, though I had to deduct a star because the linen in my room had some visible stains. That aside, everything else was well-maintained and comfortable.
One standout moment was how the staff handled my GrabFood delivery — they were kind enough to store the food safely at the lobby until I could pick it up, which was a big plus in terms of service and convenience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

It's was ok. The food was good. Location is perfect for me (next to BSD where I am meeting my clients).
Room was spacious, if a little sparse. A desk would be preferred instead of the coffee table, which make slouching over your laptop uncomfortable.
What spoiled the experience was the last day where I saw a cockroach on the wall. I killed and disposed it, but it left a bad aftertaste.
Please improve the cleanliness.

Location of the hotel is right next to AEON Mall which was very convenient and about 15-20mins walk to convention centre. A very good option for business trip, their staff are very friendly and helpful.
