Can Simó is a small, exclusive hotel occupying a prime position in the historic town of Alcúdia just a few kilometres from both the Bays of Pollensa and Alcúdia with their beautiful sandy beaches and only 4 kilometres from the Alcanada golf course.

Weekend in C’an Simo
Great suite. Independent access.
Very comfortable bed and very good decoration

Very varied and complete breakfast.
The very spacious suite with great views.
In addition to jacuzzi, sauna and pool on the terrace.

Dirty room
Dirty room, when entering hairs on the floor. The bathtub dirty and an awful lot of dust on the lamps in the room.
TV screen is even smaller than my iPad, you would have to use a magnifying glass to watch TV.
Very noisy so sleeping in is definitely not possible.
For 180 euros per night this was definitely not worth it!
Very unfriendly staff.
We had a small incident that had occurred within us. We sincerely apologized several times.
However, the lady (I think the manager of Can Simo) did not take it from us, the incident was quite innocent (bringing towels outside).
She started turning her eyes and reacted very bluntly when we asked for new towels after 48 hours. Four star hotel is indicated but this is far from 4 stars, perhaps 4 shooting stars. A tip for the employees of the hotel Can Simo in Alcudia: despite everything, I would keep an open attitude and improve communication, because this kind of blunt behavior is of course ridiculous towards customers who pay so much for something they have not received and which is far from expectation.

Het spijt ons zeer dat ons etablissement niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. De zaak zal worden onderzocht en indien nodig zal actie worden ondernomen. Houd er rekening mee dat het hotel geen zwembad- of strandhanddoeken heeft en dat de verstrekte handdoeken exclusief voor gebruik binnen het hotel zijn.

Good location, but not good to go to work
The property is well located because it is located within the Alcudia wall and has very close strategic points, such as the taxi rank.
I stayed in the Ponent room (404); although it was very spacious, it was not entirely comfortable because I would have needed it to have a desk to work and, above all, it would have been brighter, since it does not have natural light and from the beginning of the day I had to choose to put artificial light.
Another negative was the temperature of the room, which to be somewhat comfortable I had to have the split at 30 degrees (ceilings are very high and heat is lost).

Hard to find and not the most pleasant experience getting directions . Shower head also fell off once we turned it on .
