At the moment we do not have a 24-hour in-person reception. Outside of customer service hours, check-in is done through our simple and intuitive Automatic Reception machine. Not all of our rooms are accessible, or there is an elevator to reach all of them, so in certain rooms it will be necessary to climb one or two flights of stairs on foot.
