Decent hotel for an affordable price. It is in a noisy part of town but it wasn’t bad during the off season in April. Beds are a firm

It's ok, if you don't have another option...
Great location, within a few minutes walking distance from the centre and the bus stop is just outside but it's on a very busy and noisy street cars, buses, people shouting, dogs barking. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the window sliding doors don't lock nor close properly. The room is spacious and was cleaned everyday but the bed and pillows so firm to make your body and head hurt. Great breakfast, good variety and helpful staff. The pool is small and the water very cold and the sun beds dirty.

A place to come back always, beautiful sunsets and enjoy the place, you can not miss it, sure I will return,
Excellent location and attention of all the staff, in the reception and in the restaurant.close to the beach and around various shops ,very comfortable, ideal place for an unforgettable holiday, Majorca has several beaches and a great diversity of Calas ,all to enjoy.

The hotel that fell short of our expectations...
We were at this hotel from August 12-21, 2024. It was our first holiday in Spain, before that we had always holidayed either in Turkey or Thailand and, to be honest, we were very disappointed. The service in Spain is no match for the Turkish one. Employees at the front desk, at the bar, as well as the employee who makes omelets at breakfasts, would constantly disappear for about 20 minutes and always have to wait or ask other staff to call them to the workplace. There are no kettles in the rooms and we were told we could get boiling water from the bartender, but the bar only opens until 11 p.m. (and we go to bed late and have a habit of drinking tea at night), so we had to go downstairs and wait for the bartender to pour us boiling water for at least 20 minutes at a time...besides, we arrived at the hotel at 12 p.m. and check-in from 2 p.m. and we were offered to wait for check-in, having previously promised to give us a room on the 11th floor...when at 2 p.m. we came to get the keys, we were given room 1014 on the 10th floor for some reason...we thought it was strange, but we didn't give it much weight...a few days later we started leaking air conditioning and there were literally pools of water on the floor...we reported it to the reception and they first just sent a cleaner to wipe the floor......when we expressed our discontent, sent a craftsman who took down the ceiling and fixed the air conditioning for probably an hour and a half...since it was raining that day and it was evening, we were in the room the whole time and I didn't even have time to shower after the sea...when the craftsman came in, we hoped that the problem would be solved within half an hour since we'd something like this in Turkey and the air conditioning was fixed very quickly...here the craftsman had been digging for a very long time and since he didn't speak English, our questions as to how long it would take...after an hour and a half passed, I couldn't stand and called the reception, where after talking to the craftsman we were told he needed another hour or an hour and a half...when I said we didn't want to stay in this room and let us get another, I was told they didn't have any more rooms available in our category (sea view) and we were ready to provide a lower category room......naturally we didn't agree to it and went down from room to bar to wait there But when we got back and turned on the air conditioner, water started dripping out of it again and a huge puddle formed overnight...
I took photos and recorded a video and the next day we went to the front desk again to demand a number change. This time we were promised it, but we had to wait until 2 p.m. again, and before that, pack our bags and bring them down... (We were going to go to Palma that day, but because of that, the trip had to be postponed) We were given a room next door to ours - 1016, and when we moved our belongings into it and I went out on the balcony, it turned out that our former room had already been occupied by other people!....Knowing that it was leaking air conditioning and apparently in need of serious repairs!...And that's when we realized that it must be the layout of the hotel: I don't know how many more of these non-residential rooms they have, but on the site they sell them all, and then they check people in there for a couple of days until they start expressing their discontent, then they move into normal rooms, and these rooms are occupied by the next ones! (That's why they wanted to give us another room on the 11th floor first, and then apparently those who lived in room 1014 demanded to move them, they were given the room they were originally going to give us, and we were moved into this one, hoping we'd be there for a while...) By the way, the day after we moved in, we saw the same craftsman fixing the air conditioning again in the ill-fated room 1014...
In conclusion, I want to say that in the first days of the hotel it was quite nice to be by the pool, we specifically chose the hotel Adults only so that you can lie down in peace on the sun loungers without the screams and yells of the children who so ruin the holidays in most hotels, but even in this we were disappointed: a few days later a company of Germans came to the hotel - a man of 12 with 5 balls, who literally occupied the whole pool playing ball, the balls at the same time constantly flew in other holidaymakers and no one else could enter the water...
The only thing that deserves good credit is dinners. The food was really good. Otherwise, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless you want to waste your time visiting masters and moving to other rooms as we did. Overall, the hotel is completely out of line with the claimed 4 stars.

Good location, nice place, for short breaks totally ok!
Hotel is a bit secluded, therefore actually quiet! Actually....were it not for the thin walls and if you are unlucky enough to have the room next to noisy loud rumbling young men, the nights are really short and loud! Hotel a bit old and in the bathroom the toilet flushes through. Bathroom door is softened downstairs.
Breakfast is delicious, staff very friendly and helpful!
Very suitable for a short break, even if the noise is often very disturbing at night - even in the party stronghold of El-Arenal you have to sleep occasionally
