This property was good for an overnight stay. A bit dated but the sign at the front said they are working on renovating. The gym was great and offered a few options. I didn't use the pool or spa. The breakfast was typical hotel hot breakfast. The staff was kind. Area around the hotel offered plenty of options and you can walk across the parking lot to the taco johns or jimmy johns. I booked this through expedia but upon reconciling my expense report realized i was also charged by the hotel. They are reserving the charge, quick and easy fix. I'll stay here again if needed in the area for business again.

Poor experience
We stayed there from 4/24 to 4/27 visiting from New York for family baby shower.
They do not come clean your room or give you needed toiletries. I asked for my room to be clean twice and received no room cleaning service. I never stayed at a hotel before where I needed to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies because they never came to clean the room, especially the tub sink and toilet.
So disappointing.

The first day we checked in there was police activity. Police went from door to door in the hotel on the 2nd floor asking if we were aware of the incident that had taken place across the room from us.
Hotel was unaccommodating to our concerns. Instead they told me by text we can do early check out. They were also unaccommodating to the wobbly microwave that was in our room that almost fell off the shelf soon as you open the door.
Hotel Jacuzzi and pool was not warm.
Often times there was no front desk staff at the front desk.
It became very clear that hotel is poorly maintained and managed.
We will NEVER stay there again.

Eh. It was a place to stay. Definitely run down. Rot everywhere. Room was falling apart. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was colder than my bath tub. Find somewhere else.

Perhaps they are or will be renovating soon, but the condition of the rooms and the furniture in the rooms is not good. A bit “seedy”. Also the breakfast was not good because it wasn’t ready on time. It was still being put together over a half hour after it was supposed to be ready. The hot food was cold during the week when I was there, unfortunately.

We arrived late when we got to the room it was freezing, the lock had been broken off we barely got the door to latch.
