Chandler was the best

The hotel was really nice, the highlight for me was the customer service at the buffet. A gentleman (Chandler) went above and beyond to help with my dietary requirements and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all. He was extremely kind.

I won't stay here again

The hotel itself is fine. It's clean, the rooms are spacious, pool area is well looked after.
However, I had a very stressful check-in experience after an 8-hour journey over and was overcharged. My room was secured with a deposit of $961. When I got to the hotel, I was told that I lost this rate (no clear explanation was given), so I ended up paying $1,750!
I had trouble paying with my credit card (I think because my bank is going through account migration) and requested that I pay with a different card using Apple Pay. I was initially told that this was not possible. The person on the front desk appeared to show very little empathy for my situation, although she did speak to the hotel manager eventually and we did eventually end up settling this using Apple Pay.
Not only was I denied the advance rate, I was made to feel like I didn't have any money and there was a hint of suspicion that my cards were stolen. That was 5 minutes before I paid $1,750 for 4 nights for a mid-range hotel!
My review would have been stellar but for this experience.

Great Breakfast Experience with Victoria!

The service from Victoria was the kind you don’t see very often these days. She greeted me with a smile every day and genuinely enjoyed making sure all guest were taken care of the right way! Chandler made a great latte and the two of them make a great team!

Chandler in the restaurant was wonderful? Great service and attitude very attentive and concerned with details. He deserves a raise. AaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Very nice golf trip to Tempe

Beautiful hotel, in immaculate condition. Beds were comfortable no carpet in the rooms which is a plus. And Chandler took great care of us at the bar and restaurant. Rosie and Cedric also crushed it! The weather was perfect the Pat Tillman run was happening and that brought in a lot of nice people from outside of the state.
We took advantage of the Frozen confections in the lobby market.
