Warm and friendly little hotel
I honestly cannot fault this little hotel hidden in the backstreets of Istanbul and just minutes walk away from the main town square and major landmarks, from the moment we walked in we felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff, the person at reception, jalil, ensured that we got our room as early as possible and not have to wait for the usual 2pm check in, we were checked in by 8am giving us plenty of time to relax and freshen up, although this is only a 3 star hotel the service is definitely nothing short of 5 stars, everything is literally minutes away on foot with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, I won’t be nitpicking of minor faults as I was aware this is only a small establishment, if you have a short stay in Istanbul is highly recommend this place and I know I’ll definitely be going there again on my next trip

Nice hotel. nice and beautiful but small rooms. The rooms were clean and they cleaned every day. Our room was a family room on the ground floor.
The staff were very kind and happy. The children felt the same about the staff. The hotel is close to almost everything.

Breeding on money! Double-check the account
They tried to rip us off for money!!!
Were at the restaurant at this hotel yesterday. The room is stoned, stale stinks, while cold and absolutely not cozy.
The waiter brought us one litre of water, poured us glasses and put the bottle on the table. They brought a yogurt snack, classic.
We ordered the dish in grape leaves, ask this dolma? Says yes, dolma!! As a result, it's just cold rice in sour grape leaves (150 lire).
Künefe, a traditional dessert that we have in Crimea is prepared for 100+. It's been waiting here for a long time, 20 minutes. They bring tacky thin dough, with watery syrup, there was no cheese inside at all. And that's for 250 liras!
Coffee in Turk, simply brewed with water (130 lire)
Our bill's out at 530 lire, the waiter brings in the bill for 800. Let's start counting. He says with a hypocritical face, "Well, I poured you water for 100 liras, there was still a snack. Let's go for 650.
Disgusting service!! I hope you don't have any clients at all.
Since ruining the impression of Istanbul's institutions for such money is unacceptable !

Good accommodation close to major attractions of Istanbul.
Good Accommodation in Sultanhamet, walking distance to the main attractions (Cistern Basilica, Agia Sophia, Topkaki Palace, Blue Mosque). Room a bit small, especially the bathroom, but quite functional. Good breakfast on the terrace. Friendly staff. Cute garden where you can relax with tea and coffee corner available. Given Istanbul's prices and location, it is good value for money.
