5-stars hotel with 6-stars hospitality!

Mr Tien & his team is fantastic. This is absolutely a 5-stars hotel with 6-stars hospitality. I've never had any doubts to stay in this hotel on my quarterly business travel visit to Hanoi. The room is spacious & clean. Even when the hotel is crowded with guest, the standard has never dropped.

Not the best place for employees to stay!

As an Employee for IHG I'm very disappointed with this stay, not only was my stay tarnished by poor room conditions which were terrible but also the lack of IHG Training by the staff. Will not honor the employee rate discounts, I was told that my discount would apply throughout the hotel and after eating they forced me to pay without my discount, said that they will train their staff in the future.... What about my money spent?
To make things worse they followed through by calling me and emailing me threatening to call my General Manager to force me to take my review down, what kind of Establishment treats people like this? Afterwards I got asked to pay again through a link on WhatsApp!!! by the duty manager Lekhactien

World class service

We came to Vietnam on our honeymoon and without a doubt the staff at intercontinental made it the best leg of our trip. I'd like to thank Lan, Cong, Anh, dieu, Trang, and Thuy. Every aspect was perfectly tailored. The room was decorated beautifully. And the bun cha was the best thing I ate the whole time we were here. One of the.best things I've ever ate ever.
The staff really were impeccable. Thank you so much.

Hanoi stay

If you are going to Hanoi please stay here. You will never find a place with better service or amenities. Great staff, great people. Highly recommend this hotel. Good gym, good restaurants and very high quality staff dedicated to your every need.

Amazing stay at InterCon Hanoi

Everything was very nice and pleasant. The check-in was smooth, during the stay all personal have been very supportive and mainly i would like to point out the club lounge staff have been professional and very nice. Ms Hong, Ms Cong and Ms Thao made my stay excellent and pleasant.
I definitely will come back again to this great hotel in Hanoi
