Bridge Hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights. It was booked by our travel agent. The hotel is slightly out of the way and the whole place is basically dead by 7 pm. Fortunately there are 7-11 and CU Mart nearby.
The room was ample, and I don't have any particular complaint except for the inconsistent hot water in the bathroom. Surprisingly the hotel provided bath towels. Other hotels that we stayed in during this trip only gave small hand towels.
Breakfast was served on the basement floor. It was a very basic breakfast comprising white rice, fried rice, Korean soups, kimchi, scrambled eggs, 2 types of cereals and milk, and the likes. The dining hall was smallish, 2 tour groups would take up the whole space, so one just needs to wait until a group leaves.

Acceptable budget hotel in Seoul; 서울의 저렴한 예산 호텔
We chose the Hotel Bridge in Seoul (near Omokgyo Station) because it seemed to be near the Korean War Memorial, which we wanted to visit on a one-night stop-over. In fact, it's a half-hour metro journey from it, but we made it easily.
The only other reviewer of the Hotel Bridge makes the point that the hotel staff only speak Korean. That is mostly true, though a combination of a helpful young woman at reception and Google Translate helped us; no problem, in the end.
But guests who don't speak Korean will have problems, as we did, with aspects of the room. What looks like the air-conditioning control (on the wall next to the bed) is, in fact, the hot-water regulator. The air-con controls are (we discovered) on what is actually a 'universal' remote which also controls the TV. Once we discovered that, after half an hour of head-scratching, we were able to bring the temperature down.
The rooms are quite small, but quite satisfactory (it's an entirely non-smoking hotel, so that's good). The bathroom is actually a 'wet room', so be prepared to deal with wet towels. The only real problem with the room is that the lights are controlled by a set of switches on the wall by the water temperature control panel, and we were obliged to jab at it randomly to get the room's various lights to go on or off; no great problem.
It'd be good if the Hotel Bridge could put some English language information in the room to explain these various control devices - there are information sheets at Reception, but no one pointed them out to us on our arrival, unfortunately.
The Hotel Bridge is about 500 metres from Omokgyo Station (either the metro station or the stop for the 6018 limousine from the airport - 14000 won). To get to the hotel you have to walk across the bridge and you'll see the hotel's large illuminated sign from it. Try to use the northern side of the bridge - the pavement is smoother than the other side, and there's a lift to avoid the stairs down to the street level on which the hotel is.
If you're planning to stay in Seoul, the Hotel Bridge is a reasonable (and quite affordable) option, but it comes with some things to work out - eg location, ways to get there, and directions to use room facilities).
Oh, by the way, it doesn't offer breakfast but it does include a kettle and a fridge in the room

딱 가성비호텔
근처에 아침일찍 일이 있어 하루 묵었던 호텔입니다. 서울에서 이정도 가격에 시설은 무난하고 쾌적했구요. 간단하지만 조식도 먹었어요

2019年のGWにデラックスツインをシングルユースで3泊しました。
駅からホテルまでは平坦な道をゆっくり歩いて10分弱ぐらい。途中、カフェやコンビニはたくさんありますが、観光客が夕食を取るのに相応しい飲食店は少ないので、隣駅の永登浦区庁か別のエリアの方が選択肢が多いです。歩ける距離にあるロッテマート楊坪店は、空いているのでゆっくり買い物ができます。繁華街ではないため夜間は人通りが少ないですが、治安に不安は無かったです。
ホテル自体はシンプルで部屋の備品も必要最低限の物は揃っています。
清掃はキチンとされていますが、シャワーヘッドや蛇口には青錆びがあるなど、設備はそれなりに年季が入っている模様。タオルもちゃんと洗濯されていますが、やや硬くて古そうな感じです。
私の部屋はトイレに紙を流しても問題はありませんでしたが、隣の部屋に宿泊していた友人は詰まらせてしまい、外出中にメンテナンスしてもらいました。その際に「紙はゴミ箱に捨ててください」と説明されました。
これらさえ気にしなければ、快適に過ごせます。
スタッフは日本語は通じませんが、当方の中学生レベルの英語でもやり取りは可能です。愛想も良くはありませんが態度が悪いわけではないので（韓国人あるある）、不愉快なことは無かったです。
目的地が弘大や汝矣島エリアで、お値段を重視するなら、検討に値するホテルだと思います。
