Nice hotel, but the hostess and host need to do something else
Upon arrival we were scolded for arriving too early, we just wanted to get rid of the car and change clothes. We were not received well, the guest card was not ready yet and we needed it for a ski pass, I indicated that I did not need one and would buy a separate card for that afternoon if it was not convenient. According to her, I had also emailed too often. I don't know anything. I have requested quotes for other people via the reservation tool but never received a response. The bar is said to be cozy and open until 11 p.m., the times I walked past there was no one there. Once I sat down and the lights even went out and no one came to offer me a drink. The boys were not allowed to have (2) friends in the room at 4 p.m. for a drink/conversation before going to the apreski and that was also said very curtly and angrily. I'll never go here again. Things like that ruin your holiday mood from the get go.

Good, clean and the kindest hostess in the world
We are all very enthusiastic about this place, not only because of the typical things you expect: clean and spacious rooms, good shower and bed, quite surroundings and a more than tasty breakfast. But this hotel/pension has a unique feature which makes it special: The hostess.
She is the nicest person you will find. Upfront it was already easy communicating with here, fast and clear reply. But when you arrive she really does everything to give you a perfect time, from arranging taxi, dealing with injured guests to staying up late to open the front door and waking up very early to arrange breakfast. She does it it all with a smile.
5 star+ recommendation!!
