Great location
The room we stayed dont have a window & wardrobe. Just wall mounted cloth hanger provided. We need to put our luggage below the bed because there is no space to move around if we leave the luggage in the room. The bed is comfort.
Maybe due to the weather, there is a Centipede appeared in our room. Other guests and the staffs were standing outside of our room and did not dare to kill the centipede. So I finally killed it with the slipper by myself.
We took the bus to MyeongDong from airport and walk a bit to the guesthouse. Subway station exit 10 is nearby and very convenient for us to go other travel spots.
The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good with bread, cereal, jam, milk & orange juice. Can refill.

No fuss convenient spot
It is right at the edge of the heart of Myeongdong shopping. I could come back, drop off my shopping bags and head out again to continue shopping in Myeongdong. It’s generally a very safe and convenient spot for solo female travellers
I got a double room with windows. However have to say that it is comfortable for one person, but not probably not two. And I am quite comfortable being in small spaces coming from a city.
I’d visited Seoul in the middle of winter. The windows were also not double glazed. As the bed was flushed against the window, I could feel the cold draft coming from the window and half the bed was too cold to sleep in.
The TV didn’t really work (or perhaps I didn’t understand how to operate it) I couldn’t get it to turn on. WIFI was amazing. Hot water in the bathroom is worked well. They only had small hand towels for shower; which I subsequently found out it was normal to use hand towels instead of bath towels in korea after a bit of research on the internet.
The staff at the front desk were helpful enough but not very warm. They didn’t have city maps to give out, so you probably have to get them from the tourist info counters instead.

They are also able to store your luggage for free after check out. Good Exercise after back from Myeongdong shopping. Nice view from the rooftop. The staff are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Song Ho.
Would be happy to stay here again.

Average guesthouse with an excellent location
I tried to not think dwell to much about it and reasoned out that I’ll be staying out most of the time to explore the city and that’s the greatest thing about this guesthouse! It is one block away from exit 9&10 of Myeongdong Station. So if you need to travel thru subway, which you will most of the time, it is very efficient! Also near the bus stations and airport limousine stopover (got to Incheon T1 after 1 hr from Myeongdong).
You would think that it is very noisy and crowded since the area is literally IN Myeongdong, one of the most touristy area in Seoul, but the location of the hostel is just around the corner where the music is not much heard and not much people or sellers walking around which is good.
It is also a few bus stops away from Namsan Tower, Gyeongbukgong Palace and Dongdaemun area.
Shopping would be best in the afternoon in Myeongdong since it gets too crowded in the evening. And try the restaurants around the guesthouse as it’s not as crowded as that of the restaurants inside the area.
Overall, if you’re not claustrophobic and don’t mind sharing your space to a lot of people. This is good enough for the price range.
Also it doesn’t hurt that their laundry service is free, although no dryer but at least you can wash your clothes if your staying longer.
