Great stay
Great stay at this hotel! Very nice staff and the hotel is very quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. Easy access with public transport.
Breakfast was good.

A night in hell would have been better
If the goal of this hotel is to make customers feel miserable, then congratulations: mission accomplished.
Let’s start from the reception, or rather, from its total absence. The staff seems to have come out of an intensive course on “How to hate customers in 10 moves”. Rude, slow and totally disinterested, almost as if we were the ones disturbing them.
The room? A crime against humanity. Dirty walls with creepy stains, a smell of lock that would have let a mouse escape, and the bed... if you can call it that. A thinner mattress than a frozen pizza, pierced sheets and pillows that looked like rotten potato sacks. I did not sleep a wink, also because between tissue paper walls and rude guests, it seemed to be in a dorm for desperate people.
The bathroom was a paranormal experience: non-functioning drain, shower alternating between boiling and ice water, and towels that looked like rags for floors. At one point I even doubted my sanity.
Breakfast? An attack on common sense. Gummied eggs, coffee that looked like dirty water and a buffet as sad as a Monday morning. After a single bite at a croissant that tasted like cardboard, I decided to fast in self-defense.
And the price? A legalized robbery. Paying to suffer in this place is like throwing money in a bonfire. Honestly, I would have preferred to sleep in a dump, at least I would have had less expectations.
Avoid him like the plague.

worst experience of my life
If I could give zero stars, I would. This “hotel” (if you can call it that) was a nightmare experience from start to finish.
As soon as we arrived, the front desk was deserted and we had to wait 40 minutes before anyone deigned to appear. The staff? Rude and listless, he seemed almost annoyed by our presence.
The room? Total disaster. Dirty, with dust everywhere and a nauseating musty smell. The bed was as hard as a board, the sheets seemed to have not been changed in weeks, and I found hair (not mine) on the pillow. The bathroom? A horror: leaking taps, mold on the tiles and towels rougher than sandpaper.
Breakfast included? Better to avoid it. Stale bread, watery coffee and something that looked like eggs but had a worrying color. I decided not to risk food poisoning and went for breakfast elsewhere.
Last but not least, the noise: it seemed to sleep in the middle of a highway. Between thin walls, noisy neighbors and pipes whistling at every hour, rest was impossible.
In summary? A nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. Better sleep in the car.

Don't go there if you want to eat and a minimum of cleanliness. Small, dirty rooms with dust balls under the bed, above the headboard and in the open closet. In the bathroom we found the toilet roll already started and were given one less towel. At dinner in addition to waiting more than 40 minutes before the arrival of food (even between the course and the dessert) which was almost always cold, without oil salt or seasonings and more than one person arrived raw meats (the burger was literally burned outside and raw, like tartar, inside... inedible), to the request to be able to cook them more they replied that they could not; tiny portions compared to the price, no one was able to be satisfied. Breakfast was very limited and hardly stock it, all drinks from juices to the cafeteria are many watered down, croissants and chocolate pan où are cooked the day before so they are dry. The dirty cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, tables, chairs and floor, from stains to residues of other food. The staff is rude and unprepared, most do not know English or other languages outside of French (even the waiters and receptionists). Already after the first night they begin to accuse you of unfounded things in order to keep the deposit of 20 € per person, we were told that we made confusion and the other guests complained, too bad that the rooms occupied were only 6, 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the second, we asked them directly and no one said they heard us or complained.

Great weekend, very relaxing!
Very warm hotel, the staff was very attentive to our requests, and we had a very good weekend. Breakfast regaled us!
The hotel is slightly off-center, but a very close bus line takes you directly to the center of Avignon.
