Looking forward for another stay at Indore Marriott

It was a very very short and My first trip to Indore & My First Stay in Indore Marriott have given me a great and satisfying experience, Thanks All the Staff of this beautiful property for their courtesy and great hospitality, Special thanks to Super Polite Ms. Shambhavi for providing us a pretty early check-in and for the room upgrade too. Also would like to mention here the room service guy Aman for his politeness and understanding.. Please keep up the good work, looking forward for my next stay here..

Nice hotel at the heart of Indore

bealtiful hotel with great service at heart of Indore. Lobby is spacious, options in breakfast area is descent. Lounge area has nice options for food & drinks. Hotel staff is quite friendly in nature. Support provided by "Sudhanshu Srivastava" is outstanding.

Lovely hotel, disappointed with the spa!

We stayed 3 nights at the Marriott Indore.
Excellent service, but the Spa experience was very disappointing!
I was 5 mins early, but was not attended to until 45 mins later , ( as the client before me turned up late!)
I opted for the massage with Steam.
After the massage, I was given a robe & had to walk across the reception to the steam room on the other side of the spa !
After the steam I was made to walk across the reception again, clad with a robe, which is very disturbing for any lady!
This had to be addressed, as it’s totally unacceptable!

Big shout-out to Mr Brajmohan Singh and Mr Nitin

I had lost my gold chain while having my dinner at hotel and the way Mr Mohan and his team closely work for whole day and found that chain worth Rs 3lac is remarkable.
Hotel may provide good food ,facility ,premises but the trust built by the IndoreMarriott is unmatchable.
Once again thanks to Mr Mohan and Mr Nitin and the team who spent their whole day to get it done.
