Great place and possibilities!
We had a fantastic afternoon / evening with 40 adults and children. Helpful, friendly staff, private room

Not recommendate for students
I had not very good experiences, poor internet, basic breakfast, smells of smokes around and a difficult location from public transportation. Taking a cab or cycling is the only option to reach the hotel. Stores or petty shops are far away from the location. Maybe best for people with their car.

I hope these people get lost in their forest
Because I had to be in Huissen for a Stones Tribute, I booked not far from there
a hotel room at Nol in ’t Bosch in Wageningen. Upon arrival already a nice harbinger for the forest walk I had planned for the next morning. I stepped
out of the car and the birds were singing to me. Arriving at the hotel entrance, it turned out that it was locked (1900H). So I walked around and entered through the restaurant where I was sarcastically indicated that we better have a moment.
were able to check in at reception, right? I asked where it was and it was around the corner/where I couldn't enter.I reported that to the receptionist who
asked in a high pitch why the door that was always open was now locked. I told him
that I didn't know because I don't work there. So much for the pleasant entrance. I urgently needed to go to the toilet and so paid the tourist tax without murmuring which he said had not yet been paid. (just seen on the booking that this had already been paid). I got a key and walked to the room. Arriving at the toilet there was no
paper in the appropriate container. There was a half-used roll of toilet paper on top of the cistern (no 'spare' present). After the toilet, I looked closely at the room. From the double bed explicitly stated in the reservation of the booking site
Stay for Long, there was no question. There was a cot like I used to have as a child: I estimate 70cm wide. I also heard a noise. That turned out to come from SOMETHING that was less than 50cm from the window. Trafo? Air conditioning exhaust? I don't know, but according to the receptionist, it was a boiler that was in the window. This is what he told me when I complained about the room. Well that was a problem because they were completely full (whole board full of keys so all those people obviously weren't there yet) and of course I shouldn't expect to get double facilities for a single room. The hotel was cheap but not so cheap that I had a night sleeping in a cot for that. So I asked for my money back.
They could transfer that later. Refused> no room > no money.
I then left with 30 euros in notes and further loose euros and 2 euro pieces.
The reservation I had made for the apparently good restaurant I just dropped
Just because NOL happened to have a large closet left adjacent to all kinds of noise facilities, doesn’t mean that because I’m alone, I have to settle for that and I’m certainly not going to spice up such an establishment with a meal.
I drove on to Huissen where I was served a perfect tournedos in the local Italian after which I went to my Stones Tribute. Unfortunately, a beer was not in there now because of the way back. But I can now nail Nol in Bosch to the pillory they belong to.
In my opinion, double taxation of tourist tax (still on the site as inclusive for new bookings) is not so neat.

Not taken seriously.
A hotel, which could be renovated!
Wood from balcony was rotten.
We were there for a dog show in Arnhem and had to be there early that day.
We have been informed that we are from 7.00 am could have breakfast!
We were there that morning 7.00 am, but everything still dark and no one present.
2nd day room not cleaned and towels left.
All this passed to reception and asked if the manager would contact us!
Unfortunately nothing more from the manager.
No more 2nd time to this hotel!

Past glory.
Indeed, faded glory. The hotel and restaurant are frequented by people who have probably been coming here for "the centuries". Old chic ones who are satisfied when presented with a tender steak. In itself, the location is excellent, but the accommodation needs an update. The food is mediocre and the choice limited. For an overnight stay okay, but don't go there to enjoy "culinary". The (buffet) breakfast was nothing to criticize.
