Great Stay and Staff
We had an amazing time staying at the Pullman Hanoi. It was a short drive away from French quarter and it was great to get away from the bustle at night in a quiet area. The staff were amazing this trip, we had a few requests and were in and out a lot with excursions and they remembered us and gave us the same room when we re-checked in! A special mention to Thu who was so amazing and kind to us and went above and beyond to recommend us shops, exchange cash, arrange for takeaway meals for us and always greet us with a smile :) Highly recommend this hotel

A warm and memorable stay
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and with great comfort and joy to thank a large part of excellent breakfast service provided by Ngoan and Ha and her team. They were always attentive, helpful, understanding to ensure customers are always provided by a variety of delicious and fresh options every morning. Their friendly and professional attitude made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast setup was well-organized, and they went out of their way to accommodate special requests. Great job—I truly appreciated their hospitality!"
The Executive Lounge experience was also outstanding, thanks to Minh and Cuong’s outstanding service. They were courteous, efficient, and always made sure guests felt welcome. The lounge was well-maintained with a great selection of refreshments, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I can definitely feel the warm and care of these staff serving their customers with professionalism.
The Executive Lounge experience was also outstanding, thanks to Minh and Cuong’s outstanding service. They were courteous, efficient, and always made sure guests felt welcome. The lounge was well-maintained with a great selection of refreshments, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I can definitely feel the warm and care of these staff serving their customers with professionalism.

Impressive and everything was good (room is little old though)
Checked in 7 and out 10 May.
All hotel personnel were hospitable and attentive. Always being greeted by smiling hotel personnel.
Room is a bit old but still satisfactory. The USB point didn't work well.
The breakfast spread was impressive with huge spread !!! Must must must try.
Location wise acceptable and as Grab transport is convenient and affordable.
