A DISGUSTING INN!

Terrible service and boorishness at reception. The evening is completely ruined by this hotel. Staff have absolutely no ability to communicate with customers. At the reception we were greeted with a face like we were at least going to the President. We are citizens of the RB, the passport of one of the guests was on a visa and in the visa center did not give any document (but there was a photo of passport, insurance policy, rights) to which the lady at the reception with a stone face and will repeat again as she has at least seven entities , did not resolve our question, although a year ago there was a similar situation and she decided on one double standard in a miracle hotel. The “respectable” lady at reception told us that she did not want to talk to us, as we were taking her with pressure! And at the moment of all these conversations citizens of the Russian Federation were evicted and giving the keys made a bunch of remarks on the room (air conditioning at work, dirt in the room) to which the hotel did not even verbally apologize. delayed by an hour, Service and customer orientation at zero, hospitality here and does not smell. Visitors coming to RB don't spoil their mood, opinion of Belarusians and money for such a dubious guest. But the evening was not ruined as the 40 Years of Victory Hotel solved the issue very quickly. And the hotel in the center of Minsk and the staff are just great!

Stayed at this hotel in a one-bedroom suite for one night. Despite its three-star status, the impression is that it's all four stars - not long ago he stayed in Moscow in a four-star chain, and there were no robes, and here they were. There is absolutely nothing to pick on - clean, quiet, calm, everything is in the room, the reception is very pleasant service both on entry and on departure. The hotel was built between the 80s and 90s, but does not look healed or tired.

Comfort and conditions are consistent with 4 stars

Stayed with her husband in Orbit for two nights, Twin room on the 12th floor. The hotel is near the metro and close to the centre of Minsk, only 3 metro stations and you are in the upper city where the main attractions are. The room is comfortable, there is a kettle, glasses, cups, fridge, slippers, shower gel, shampoo.Above the beds are light fixtures. The mattress and pillow are comfortable, good quality bed linen. Room windows faced east, in 25 degrees outside, without air conditioning, it was not hot, comfortable. The toilet is clean without foreign smells, the water drain in the washbasin and bathtub is good. It's quiet on the floor, no neighbours could be heard. I recommend this hotel.

For its price a good hotel, the room has everything for a short stay. Located near the metro station, has its own parking.
