Beautiful hotel with stunning views in fabulous location

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the stunning harbour and old town. We booked a double park view room with balcony but when we arrived they gave us a 3rd floor room with French balcony. So glad as the view across the harbour and sea was outstanding. The park view rooms with balconies are on the back of the hotel overlooking the pool. These rooms are lovely but if you end up with a second floor room you have no privacy as they are on the same floor as the pool. We stayed bed and breakfast which was lovely, eating outside every morning over the sea. The hotel is immaculately clean with a fresh clean look and beautiful artwork. I was concerned about limited sun beds but we had no issues. Staff are lovely and helpful. There is a restaurant outside the front with a bar and another independent restaurant and bakery next door. This is a stunning hotel which I would definitely return to and Makarska is just beautiful especially in the old town area where the hotel is situated . Highly recommended

High season summer 2026, for adult couples

Great located hotel by the harbour in Makarska. Close to the old town, and several nice hiking options. Clean and pleasant throughout the stay, and friendly staff who provide good service. Nice breakfast buffet with a selection that should satisfy most, and cozy surroundings for a good meal.
We went in high season, and this obviously meant that sometimes there was a lot of people around the pool and on the beaches. Finding available sunbeds can be challenging, and the capacity of the pool and pool area is limited in proportion to the size of the hotel.
Nice to sit in front of the hotel at the dining place there. Here you look down to the harbour promenade, and the public life. The male waiters who worked there during our stay are like superheroes, and very efficient and skilled.
From the reception we got good tips for current excursions and activities, which we also used.

Superb hotel

We originally booked this hotel with a pool view but decided to upgrade to a sea view with Juliet balcony.So glad we did as we had the bonus of being on the top floor which has a proper balcony.The view is absolutely stunning from these rooms.All of the hotel is spotlessly clean and all of the staff are friendly and professional. Usual continental breakfast which was fine,but we did have a walk out for breakfast on a couple of occasions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Makarska

Perfect place for a vacation.
Excellent food, outstanding service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back! ❤️
