We had a nice quiet room. The common areas are comfortable to spend time at. We enjoyed the view from the property.

Nice hotel but a little way outside town, Restaurant was full on a Saturday night and was advised by reception staff that the bar was unlikely to offer any menu due to a large wedding.These was a possibility at 17.00 but I chose in the event to walk into town. Found a nice restaurant in the harbour development and the walk was actually really quite nice. However, returned at 20.00 to find the bar serving food. Very poor communication by staff with a fairly lousy attitude too.

Expected more from Comwell

Very small room, far away in basement
The food, all the accessories for dinner for 2 days were almost identical and cheap chicken pieces and cheap necklace

Lovely hotel in excellent setting overlooking.

This hotel is in a lovely setting overlooking the fjord. Although it is largely a conference centre we visited out of season so we were sharing the hotel largely with tourists.
The hotel is large and sprawling but each landing has its own breakout area where people were sitting reading or playing cards and the general atmosphere was extremely chilled and relaxed. In the evening we were able to see a spectacular sunset over the fjord from our corridor. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the hotel and room were spotlessly clean. I have knocked off a star for the limited menu in the restaurant with only one starter main and dessert but thankfully we liked everything so we were ok. There is also food available in the bar. We only had one pillow but you can request further ones either soft medium or firm .
The hotel is out of the centre of Roskilde but this is good as it is quiet and there is no road noise which can disturb sleep. We will definitely return.

Good value handy hotel for a stop over with bikes.

value for money hotel with attentive staff. Restaurant is very good . games and puzzles freely available in the bar area. we travelled in on tourer bikes and were well looked after.
