The room was clean and tidy…. Quick service… Air conditioned room… family safe… supported by Pyramid Bar and restaurant…. Live music and Dj in the evening

No hospitality highly unappologetic

I was traveling from Delhi to Shimla...stayed wid my family and my kid in this hotel.in d night when i requested the reception and the manager of the hotel to reheat the food which was for my daughter they refused.... highly unappologetic,no hospitality,no customer ethics....i wuld never ever recommend a family stay as d staff s not cooperative.If a hotel cannot provide d core basic requirement then they should shut their property.

Value for money

Excellent location just opposite the lift on mall road. Very easily accessible and located close to townhall and ridge. The hotel staff is cooperative and attentive to your needs and service is prompt. Overall, a good value for money option

My recent stay at Bridge View Regency

I was surprised to see such a reputed hotel having no tea-coffee dispenser in the room. It is a basic requirement offered by even bnbs. Also there is no refrigerator in the room. I think this is going to be my LAST visit here though I really liked this hotel and have visited it many times before. I hope the management will look into these basic facilities that one almost expects in any decent accomodation.

0 Stars. Drunk Men and women hang around late night. NOT FOR FAMILY. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
I booked the family room.
1. Till 11:30PM - they have LOUD DJ playing at their bar. The sound disturbs all guests in all rooms
2. Drunk young men and women hang around late in the night. You can barely sleep
UTTER WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
