Comfortable & Spacious Bedrooms: • Two comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a quiet workspace—perfect for catching up on work. The upstairs suite includes a queen bed, two twin beds, and a TV for added entertainment. • All mattresses are high-quality medium-firm memory foam for a restful night’s sleep. Fully Equipped Kitchen & Cozy Living Space: • A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and dining essentials for preparing meals. • A cozy living room with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and ample seating for everyone. Private, Fenced-In Backyard with Outdoor Dining: • A fenced backyard, ideal for pets and relaxation. • Outdoor dining table and seating area on the patio. • A gas grill connected to the home’s natural gas—no need to deal with propane tanks. • The perfect setup for BBQs or letting pets roam freely in a safe environment. Important Information: • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late requests are rarely accommodated—please book an additional day if needed. • Rental Agreement: Required for stays of 14 days or more. • No Parties or Events: Help us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. • Pet-Friendly: A pet fee applies for well-behaved pets. A baby/pet gate is available for guests who want to block off the bottom of the stairs. It’s stored in the laundry room and can be easily assembled or disassembled as needed. For their safety, pets must never be left outdoors unattended - even in the fenced backyard. If you leave the home, pets must be crated indoors. When you're home, they're free to roam inside. Please clean up after them - poop bags are provided! • Convenience: Free onsite parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, and a washer/dryer are provided. • Lovebird House features natural gas-powered heat and hot water to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Occasionally, you may notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace, which is typical for these systems and nothing to worry about. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Keeping Cleaning Fees Low: • The base nightly rate includes up to 3 guests. An additional charge of $15 per night per guest applies beyond three to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs. . Poop bags are provided — we appreciate your help keeping the yard clean for future guests. • Gas Grill The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line — no propane tank needed. Just turn the valve near the grill and you're good to go! • Trash Disposal This home doesn’t have curbside pickup, so we ask guests to take trash to the dumpster in the alley during their stay. Thanks for your help keeping the home tidy! • Transparent Pricing We keep cleaning fees low by paying our cleaners hourly and passing the savings on to you. The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. For additional guests, there’s a $15 per night charge to cover extra cleaning and laundry. • Quiet Retreat This is a relaxing, residential home. Parties and events are not allowed. • Baby/Pet Gate A gate is available to block off the stairs.
