It was fine for the amount I paid, but it wasn't great. The halls were dirty and there was hair accumulating in the corners, the tv didn't work, and I saw 3 roaches. There's no soap, you have to bring your own. However, the location was good since I was heading out to Key Biscayne, and I'd stay there again. It was a roof and a bed for the night.

Terrible.save your money

Terrible the room was so warm that I couldn't sleep all night.i asked the cleaning lady and she ignored me..don't waste your money it's a classic Miami scam

It was fairly clean, except there was no space to set down your clothes, and no soap in the bathroom.

They should not be allowing these certain rooms to be rented out. This was literally opening a door and there being a bed there there was no room for luggage or anything else. It was insanely hot and even when I attempted to contact them to indicate that please if we could split to a different room or anything they were unable to accommodate. None of the locks were working most handles were hanging off not very safe.

TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY!

SCAM ALERT! total tragedy. no info from accommodation with check-in code or possibility to get in touch with them despite the fact that they said it was open until 11pm and we were there at 9:30pm. ended up having to book a new hotel and costing us 500$ because of this dirty and miserable place. stay far away. hotels.com is also not responsible and is not helpful
