Starting from the afternoon of April 17th, our bus location is changed to VinaTex building, 14 Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City (Corner of Nam Ky Khoi Nghia and Vo Van Kiet). Bus seats are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservation is required in advance and subject to availability. In order to process the bus booking, please contact us to check the available bus schedules, pick up location and reserve the bus seats. 2/ General Regulations - All guests are required to present an original and valid passport, visa/Resident Card, or Vietnamese ID card upon check-in. - Resort check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. - Pets are not permitted on the resort premises. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort. - Additional guests will be subject to extra charges in accordance with the resort’s policies. 3/ Entry to The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas - In accordance with Vietnamese law, entry to The Grand Club and VIP Gaming Areas is restricted to eligible guests as follows: * Local Vietnamese Guests - Must be 21 years of age or older and possess full civil legal capacity. Entry fee applies: VND 1,000,000 per person per 24 consecutive hours, or VND 25,000,000 per person per month. - Provide proof of regular monthly income of at least VND 10 million in accordance with Vietnamese law. Acceptable documents include recent pay slips or income confirmation (issued within the last three months), valid labor or lease contracts, or savings/deposit certificates with a minimum one-year term. Multiple documents may be submitted. - Conduct all gaming transactions in Vietnamese dong (VND), with any remaining value reconverted to VND upon exit. * Foreign Passport Holders - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Only original and valid passports and visas are accepted as proof of eligibility and must be presented for verification before entry. 4/ Surcharges - Please be informed the surcharge for kids could be collected upon check in, depending on payment methods guest chose on booking website. Surcharges will be as below: * Children 0-3 years old stay for free if using existing bed. * Children 4-11 years old will be charged $10++ per pax per day for breakfast if using existing beds. * Children 12 years old and over will be charged $48++ per pax per day for staying and breakfast. - An extra bed if requested is charged at $30++ per bed per day. (Extrabed cannot be set up in Twin Rooms) * Above prices are NOT including service charge and VAT.
