Outstanding - we loved our stay.
Kids (3) enjoyed themselves immensely.
There is nothing to fault or criticize with this hotel.
Owners and staff are super friendly and helpful.
We have been to many hotels (in the world) this ranks right up there.
A gem in the middle of Austria.
We will be back.

Excellent food and service
The room was very clean and we have had a great time here for 5 days. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good quality time with wonderful nature around them.

Pleasant place to stay at a pleasant ski resort
The owners were nice and helpful although with very limited English if any. Got some discount paper from them to apply when getting our ski passes.
But I do have a list of things that need improvement: the kitchen unit in our apartment makes no sense. The stove (electric) is right next to the sink and above the fridge causing the whole unit to be faulty to say the least. First putting on the stove stank up the whole room, the next day smoke started coming out of the stove. We had kids with us - that didn't impress us. Then the landlord came and said that it sometimes does this, oh well, then it would be good to fix it. There is no washing up liquid in the cabinet, so bring your own. The playroom which we used had rubbish all over the floor and the table tennis net was broken. We went to the trouble and bought a new one and installed it, the landlady reimbursed us, so you are welcome, new guests, we fixed that :) The sauna which we also used was fine, but we were never told a time frame and a lot of new people came around in the middle of our session, also a bit weird. Beds are small in these bedrooms, we had a few teenagers who hardly fitted in any of the beds. Internet worked fine.
