Perfect for the family

Hotel located in a beautiful area , connected to bus stops and metro 2 within walking distance , clean and functional . Air conditioning , TV also in Italian , hairdryer and minibar . Very friendly and nice staff. Good breakfast. What can I say, if I have to go back to Paris I'll come back here

Poor value for money.

Very poor value for money. I paid $230 for a completely basic room, without air conditioning or a bottle of water.
Certainly, it is located in nice neighborhoods, but there are much higher quality hotels in Paris for the same price and a good location.
I left with the impression of having been taken advantage of...

To improve

Room without air conditioning, tiny, with "old-fashioned" furniture and comfortable twin beds.
A fan that does not oscillate during the heat wave
Minimalist breakfast. Had to ask for the restocking of products to be done.
It's a shame, at 257 euros per night I expected much better.
On the other hand, the manager is very nice. The establishment is very well located.
Only the photos on the site do not reflect all the rooms ...

Not great.

Comfortable but not worth the price. Really not great.
Ground floor room that is next to the breakfast room, which is actually the reception, so it is noisy.
Minimalist breakfast; if we hadn't asked, we would still be waiting for our breakfast, just one plate for two.

Mixed experience at Hotel Courcelles Médéric.

The hotel is very well located, in a pleasant area of the 17th, close to metro line 2, Parc Monceau, and lively neighborhoods with many restaurants and shops. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant; there is nothing to complain about regarding the welcome.
However, the establishment is quite outdated despite being reasonably clean. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are very small. The old and dated decor provides a rather average comfort level.
The major downside remains the lack of air conditioning. It was about 27°C in the room on the ground floor, making the night difficult; I imagine it must be even more complicated on the upper floors during hot periods.
Another significant issue: the ground floor rooms overlook the breakfast area. Early in the morning, the sounds of the coffee machine and preparation easily wake up the guests.
For the location and the staff, the hotel has its qualities, but the lack of thermal and sound comfort means I do not recommend it.
