Worst hotel/apartment ever

The worst experience ever in Morocco tangier. Reception are rude the rooms have broken beds, showers and toilet. They don't repair and can't be bothered to listen to any complaints. They messed us around on our 3 apartment bookings. Worst experience ever as they don't give a damn. They don't give any email or number for any mangers etc. they just say they don't know and don't have them and their boss stays in Dubai. Worst hotel ever, please don't book if you value your hard earned cash and don't want to spoil your holiday. All 3 of our apartments had similar problems.

Absolutely scandalous experience with Facelift. Our reservation had been accepted and confirmed from the beginning, which pushed us to organize our entire trip to Tangier with confidence. After hours of driving, we finally arrive on site and, only then, we receive a call informing us that the overnight stay is finally no longer available and that they will simply “refund” us. This is unacceptable.
Accepting a reservation and then abandoning customers at the last minute shows a total lack of professionalism, seriousness and respect. We were left homeless after a long journey, with all the stress, fatigue and complications that this entails. No effort has been made to find a correct solution or face their mistake.
A simple refund does not repair a wasted stay, lost time or the huge disappointment caused by such an irresponsible organization. This behaviour is shameful and should not happen in an establishment that is supposed to accommodate travellers.
We strongly discourage Facelift to anyone looking for a reliable place. If you don’t want to risk being left without accommodation after trusting a confirmed reservation, avoid this place.

I had a very disappointing stay at Facelift Tangier Apartment. The bathroom flooded every single time I took a shower and water literally poured out into the toilet living room area, which was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic.
The night staff were also incredibly rude and even threatening towards guests for having any visitors. If you’re planning to have any visitors at all, even briefly, do not book this place. The atmosphere they create at night is hostile and unwelcoming.
The only positive thing I can say is that the two girls at reception during the day were lovely and polite, but unfortunately they were unable to help with any of the actual problems.
Overall, a very bad experience. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.
