Not So Central With Long Walk to Action Area, But Mostly Good Hotel

A bit of a walk to main tourist pedestrian zone. but not bad. I had to wait 5 hours for my room because I arrived very early. but the staff accommodated me, to choose a room I preferred. Most of the staff was helpful. as was the manager. Room had phone. refrigerator and good English TV selection including CNN

The hotel location is great, with easy access to multiple popular attractions.
The hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.
Garage access is problematic, and staff help was needed.

Prefer to spend more and indulge

Friendly staff depending on the shift. Some speak only with one word or just a nod with the head. When I asked for a pen (which is not in the room) the first response was No. .. when I insisted I had to promise to bring it back some service ! The second day there was no hot water in the shower. The rooms are clean but far from cozy. Coffee/ tea are available but it’s instant.
Location is very good in the center.

Below Average

Unfortunately, our two-day stay with the family did not meet our expectations. Although the temperature was 3-4 degrees Celsius at night, the hotel's air conditioning wasn't working. Moreover, the heater in the room wasn't working... when we complained that we were cold, they brought a tiny fan.
The room was arranged with three separate single beds for three people: my wife, my son, and myself.
Breakfast was mediocre, the pastries weren't very good.
