Excellent stay

Location: it is located in an industrial area outside the city center. There are 2 bus stops that take you to the Am Hart metro station. But on Sundays there are no runs. We would go by car to Am Hart, park in the small streets among the houses (for free), and from there it is about 8 stops by metro to the city center. Parking: we used the facility's covered parking, which is closed at night, at a cost of 20 euros per day; otherwise, you can look around there, but some are reserved for workers.
Staff: friendly and helpful, some speak Italian. You pay for everything immediately, the stay and any parking. The reception is not 24/7.
Apartment: we had a studio on the 7th floor. Kitchenette equipped with everything necessary, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, large fridge. Windowless bathroom, well-structured with a semi-open walk-in shower; it gets a bit wet outside and condensation forms on the door. Bed is not a double but a queen-size, a bit small for 2 adults and positioned against the wall, so one person has to get in/out from the front, and electrical outlets are only on one side, no nightstand. Round dining table a bit small, only one chair instead of two and an armchair. Air conditioning that goes from 22 to 25 degrees, adjustable. Large window with a view of the lush green landscape. Excellent cleanliness, it looked new, never used. We did not use the breakfast service. For a few nights it is more than fine anyway, we were satisfied.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was jet-lagged on arrival and accidentally left some clothes of mine in the room when I checked out. They found my clothes and coordinated with me getting them back which I really appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and convenient as well. The only knock on the place is its not super conveniently located if you are trying to see the main central area of Munich but we were still able to navigate around the city pretty easily.

Reception was not open by the time we got to the hotel even though it was 9am and the online check-in option was also unavailable (i.e. the message we got was check-in not possible, come back at 3pm!).

no front desk after 6pm is unacceptable! and we had check in problem since the system can't find our confirmation and nobody help. the emergency contact number is not working!
