Go there!
Only downsides: the walls are thin, so you can here everything that happens next door. And you have to climb some steep stairs with no elevator available.

Unfortunately, my stay at the Hummingbird Hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. We agreed with the owner of the rental room with a double bed and paid an advance payment of 500₴. However, when we came to check in at 14:00, we were asked to go for a walk because there was no bed linen yet, although it was only two towels.
The site notes that the room should have slippers, bathrobes, a kettle and a hairdryer, but none of these were present. The kettle and hairdryer were only issued on demand and for a limited time.
Because of the rain, we couldn't walk outside, the owner refused to put us in here and now. He offered us a room with two separate beds instead of the one promised with a double. After much argument, we were given a room, but it was in terrible condition.
The room was damp, with walls covered in mildew, which was even in the bathroom. The owner denied the presence of mold, although other reviews have already mentioned the problem. There were no slippers in the room and only two small pieces of soap, like trains. The microwave was dirty, the cobwebs were flying through the ceiling.
The TV in the room had terrible picture quality and the Wi-Fi only worked at the reception. There was no signal in the rooms at all, although the owner tried to convince us it was a communication problem. Parquet was bloated and substandard, no room cleaning. The bathroom door did not close, and the front door to the room did not fit tightly, which at night caused light from the hallway to enter the room, the toilet clearly lacked sealant swinging in different directions, the toilet floor was covered with fungus black, no cloth to clean it all up, unused roll of paper after someone, shower broken and all water flowing to the floor !!The toilet doors do not close, which is very uncomfortable !!!
The table was substandard, with two legs not bolted to the wall. The owner of the hotel is clearly using old photographs that do not correspond to reality. For this horror we paid 1500₴, which is not justified at all.
If you have the opportunity, look elsewhere. The Hummingbird Hotel isn't worth that money, and the service here is terrible. For the same money you can find a much better option by the sea. Cleaning here only amounts to changing bed linens, and even here we found tray hairs in bed.
The owner denied it all, like he didn't see it and saw it for the first time!
The owner is bashful and very unpleasant!
I don't recommend this hotel!
