Very good value for money as a good location close to many nice places to eat and to the old town and train station. Not that well maintained with poor WiFi and a bit loud to the hallway but it works just fine.

As others have mentioned…you get what you pay for. We stayed for four days and it did the job. The hotel was clean. Bed linen clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. The location is a flat 15min walk to old town and there are bars and restaurants within a few minutes. I have my own rating system, this is a three glasses of wine hotel and my that I mean after three glasses it’s totally fine :)

Basic but good location

I was initially shocked at how dated this hotel appeared when I first walked in. However, it is fine if you’re planning to spend most of your time out of the hotel.
It is very basic which is understandable given the price.
Pros:
Plenty of plug sockets in the room
Clean towels every two days
24 hour reception desk
Excellent location - both for the local neighbourhood and 15/20 mins walk to Old Town.
Affordable
Free WiFi
Cons:
Outdated decor
No kettle in the bedroom, or tea/coffee facilities
Tiny pillows
Shower head fixed at 1 height which made showering difficult
Bathroom had an odour of mould and smoke
Room had a mini fridge which actually froze everything we put in it

Great value. Nicely run-down & atmospheric yet basic things work well enough and just about clean enough. Recommended for travelers who appreciate 'good enough'. Busy street, nice city vibes!

The beds' mattresses supports were collapsing if you sat in corner of the bed. The mattresses themselves are terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. The doors were closing only when you locked with the key.
